Medication inventory software for community clinics. RxLedger helps outpatient clinics keep an accurate record of every medication they receive, administer, dispense and waste, and produces the reports their 340B and compliance reviews ask for.

Security and privacy

Built for regulated healthcare

RxLedger is built for clinics covered by HIPAA. Patient information is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the United States, and available only to the staff each clinic authorizes. Our own support team never sees full patient identifiers. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every clinic we work with.
